Antarctic Peninsula · 12 days

From Buenos Aires to an expedition shaped by Antarctic conditions.

Antarctica has no fixed daily port schedule. The captain and expedition team choose landings, small-boat cruises and activities according to weather, sea state, ice and wildlife-protection requirements.

DAY 01

Buenos Aires | Hotel stay

Arrive in Argentina's capital and stay one night at the designated hotel before heading south.

DAY 02

Fly to Ushuaia | Board Fridtjof Nansen

Take the arranged flight, complete local connections, boarding and safety briefings, then sail.

DAY 03–04

Cross the Drake Passage

Attend expedition talks, explore the Science Center and watch seabirds before reaching the peninsula.

DAY 05–09

Explore the Antarctic Peninsula

Conditions permitting, make landings, take small-boat cruises, walk ashore and observe wildlife. The team determines each day's locations and activities.

DAY 10–11

Return across the Drake Passage

Sort photographs, attend talks and recap the expedition, with time to rest.

DAY 12

Ushuaia | Fly back to Buenos Aires

Disembark and take the arranged flight to Buenos Aires to finish the expedition.
