A 5-day, 4-night Vancouver round trip with one night each in Jasper and Banff town. Double occupancy is USD $898/person, including 5% GST. The mandatory attraction package, driver/guide service fees and fuel surcharge are extra. Reference departures run Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays in September–October 2026; confirm seasonal changes for later dates.

Hotels and bed types follow the confirmation. Base fares are in USD per person by room occupancy, including 5% GST, not an all-in price. Adults also pay a $235 mandatory attraction package, $15/person/day driver/guide service fee ($75 for 5 days), and CAD $5/person/day fuel surcharge (CAD $25 for 5 days, cash on boarding). For an adult sharing a double room, these known charges total USD $1,208 + CAD $25/person. Meals, the lake cruise and other selected extras remain additional.

Banff Gondola, Ice Explorer, Glacier Skywalk, permitted Moraine Lake access and national park admission. Ask about under-6 pricing. For seasonal closures, confirm equivalent-value replacements or refunds of the corresponding mandatory admission charges.
Payable in Canadian-dollar cash when boarding. Keep this separate from the USD charges.

Reference departure dates
The supplied window is September 1–October 15, 2026, not daily service. Maligne Lake Cruise publishes an October 11 season end; the Icefield Adventure and Skywalk publish October 12, weather permitting. Tours starting October 10 or later may reach some attractions after their season ends. Moraine Lake also requires confirmed road access and permits.
5-day itinerary
This is the planned route. Hotels and attraction, cruise, icefield and gondola operations follow your selected departure's final confirmation. Extra-charge activities are not included in the base fare, and late-season changes may apply.
Depart from your selected pickup, travel via Hope and Kamloops to Spahats Falls, then stay in the Valemount area. This is a long driving day; arrive at your pickup ahead of the confirmed time.
Travel through Mount Robson Provincial Park to Jasper and Maligne Lake. The optional lake cruise costs extra and depends on the season and availability. Stay in Jasper town; reference hotels include Tonquin Inn, Chateau Jasper or similar.
Visit Athabasca Falls, the Columbia Icefield and Peyto Lake on the way to Banff. The Ice Explorer and Skywalk are in the separately charged mandatory attraction package, not the base tour fare. Stay in Banff town at Elk + Avenue Hotel, Irwin's Mountain Inn or similar. An evening tour is optional.
The plan includes the Banff Gondola, Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, followed by a hotel in Revelstoke or Salmon Arm. The gondola and Moraine Lake access are in the mandatory package. Moraine Lake depends on seasonal road access; confirm the replacement route for later departures.
Return to Vancouver via Kelowna, Okanagan Lake and an ice-wine winery. Confirm tasting arrangements and any charges separately. Traffic affects the return time; ask about suitable connections before booking an evening flight.
